What makes Unlimited Ad Creative different?
Well, from what we have seen, our "competitors" are just recycling and selling the same image package to everyone. Nothing is unique. Nothing is custom. You're basically just getting stock backgrounds. They never review your landing page. They never review your competition. You get the same image package as everyone else and after that you have to do all the work yourself or hire a designer to then edit the images.

For about the same price... we review your page, we research your competition's best performing ads, and then you get a custom ad image package based on our 6+ years of award-winning agency expertise in creating ad images that convert. It's really too much of an apples to oranges comparison for us to say much more than that.
Do you write ad copy too, or just give me ad images?
As part of your package, we can write the text overlay copy for the images themselves. Writing the actual ad copy is definitely something we’re thinking about adding. In fact, we have been asked many times by current clients. When you become an Unlimited Ad Creative client, if this is something you would also like, let us know.
Where can I see samples of your work before I decide?
If you use social media, you see samples of our work every day on your timeline. You may have even bought something because of the ad creative they got from us. All kidding aside... 

Because we work with many high-profile clients, we have always dedicated ourselves to our clients’ privacy. We are well-known in our industry, and people choose to work with us as trusted consultants and advisors because they know we will never share their creative, use their names or interrupt their privacy for our own personal benefit (just as we won’t interrupt yours). This has never been an issue for any of our past clients.
Do I "the client" own the creative assets your team develops?
Yes! Any and all creative assets we prepare for you / your company belong to you. We retain no ownership to the creative assets developed for our clients.
 How quick is the turnaround time?
Your 2 proof images for review will be ready within 1 business day… if not sooner. Our main priority however is quality over speed. (Please keep in mind we do not work weekends or federal holidays so if you submit your request on Saturday we receive it on Monday and 1 business day will be Tuesday.)
How many packages per month can I request?
There are no current limits to our Unlimited Ad Creative service. The exact amount of creative you can request will depend on how quickly your proof images are approved. We do only work on 1 request at a time however to give all of our clients prompt service and fulfillment.
Can you really create high converting ad images from just a link to the landing page?
Only every day of the week and twice on Sunday! Seriously though... our creative director and agency designers follow the same exact process we use inside our ad agency to develop winning creative.

Testing and Using the Ad Image Packages
How do we determine whether or not an ad is a winner?
This really depends on the objective of your creative test, and the ultimate objective of your campaign. We recommend determining an ad’s effectiveness based on it’s CPL or CPA compared to your control ad creative.

However, we also evaluate creative early on based on Unique CTR (All) on Facebook as that typically tells us the strength of the creative itself.
How much should we spend on each ad before deciding if it’s a winner?
This will vary based on your immediate goals and objectives, as well as the price point of what you are selling.

We typically recommend spending 2X your KPI before determining a winner. However, many of our ads will not need that amount of spend. In a lot of cases, you should immediately see a drop in CPLs, CPCs, and / or an increase in CTRs.
 How many ads should we test at once?
We recommend testing no more than 2-4 images at once (per adset).
How should we test our ads against the control?
There are a few ways to test your new creative. The first and most important method to test would be using your existing campaign and adset settings. You should NEVER test your new creative with your old creative since Facebook will favor the old creative over the new creative. Given that, all new creative should be tested in isolation against each other in a new adset.
